By downloading, accessing, or using the Kenza Loyalty App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This program is operated by Kenza TMT to reward our valued end customers.
● The Kenza Loyalty Program is exclusively for end customers, specifically engineers and contractors.
● Participation is voluntary and requires the creation of a registered account within the app.
● Invoice Submission: Users earn points by uploading valid GST invoices for Kenza TMT steel purchases.
● Format: Invoices must be uploaded in PDF or JPEG format and must include a valid GSTIN and purchase details.
● Verification: All submissions are subject to manual verification by Kenza’s admin team. Confirmation or rejection of an invoice will typically occur within 24 hours of submission.
● Multipliers: Points may be subject to seasonal multipliers (e.g., Diwali 2x points) at the sole discretion of Kenza TMT. These multipliers are applicable only for specified date ranges.
● Users are auto-assigned to loyalty tiers—Bronze, Silver, or Gold—based on their total points and purchase frequency.
● Kenza TMT reserves the right to adjust tier requirements and benefits at any time.
● Points can be redeemed through the app’s Reward Catalog for items such as Amazon vouchers, electronics, and other physical rewards.
● Reward fulfillment is subject to the terms and conditions of third-party vendors (e.g., Amazon).
● Points have expiration dates, which are visible on the user’s Points Dashboard. Expired points cannot be recovered.
● Any attempt to upload fraudulent, tampered, or duplicate invoices will result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of all accumulated points.
● Kenza TMT reserves the right to reject up to 100 invoices in a single batch if they do not meet verification standards.
● Data Security: We employ AES-256 encryption and TLS 1.3 protocols to protect your data.
● GST Retention: In accordance with Indian GST laws, all uploaded invoices will be retained in our secure storage for a period of 6 years.
● PDP Compliance: The program is managed in adherence to the standards of the Personal Data Protection (PDP) Bill.
● Kenza TMT is not responsible for delays in points processing due to server load or technical issues.
● The app is provided “as is,” and while we aim for high performance (e.g., invoice uploads in under 10 seconds), we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Kenza TMT reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
